Who is André Kimpinde Milambo? TFM agent, machinist in the Machine Tools workshop of the Process Maintenance department. He obtained his state diploma in the machine tool section of the Salama Technical Institute. And after his secondary education, he continued his higher education at the Technical Institute of Engineers in Lubumbashi. In 2012, he joined TFM where he rendered loyal service for 13 years and where he benefited from a lot of training in overhead cranes, elevators and machine tools. The MyTFM camera discovered a world of TFM Machines and Tools where the know-how is palpable: verification, machining and analysis of the plans and specifications of the parts to be manufactured are carried out to ensure the size and compliance with the standards in force and to cut, manufacture and modify parts of different sizes with precision. Andre Kimpinde Milambo briefly described his work in this workshop as follows: "Our business is to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts, i.e. to manufacture, modify or repair or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge in mechanics and mathematics by paying more attention to metal properties, layout and machining procedures," revealed André Kimpinde Milambo, machinist in the Machine Tool Workshop of the Process Maintenance Department, at TFM.

And after the visit the photo cover of some machines, he continued his revelation as follows: "We take measurements and mark the material to cut or shape and select the appropriate machines and position the material for a given job. We determine and program batch sizes and machine speeds. We monitor the machine while working to adjust the feed, maintain the temperature, and identify problems. Then we check the output to ensure consistency with the specifications and eliminate defects," added Andre Kimpinde Milambo And when asked why he chose to do the machine tool section in his life, he gave this testimony: "I chose the machine tools section because first of all it is an inspiration from God, and in my life since childhood, I like metals, mathematics, geometry and in practice the production of metal parts to extend the life of machines, mobile and immobile equipment and today, it is a reality, I am a machinist at TFM and I feel fulfilled to realize my dream," he concluded to MyTFM. TFM, an ideal company!
